Register for repair

Choose what type of smartphone, tablet or laptop you have from our menus on the website RepairCenter.eu. you will then receive a list of possible defects and repairs with their costs. This is so you know exactly what you could expect. Click on “ Register for repair” and fill in all information. You confirm again by clicking on “Register for repair” and you will come to the payment area. If you fill in the information and agree with our payment terms your odder will now be official and the process will begin. Your device will now be in the planning of RepairCenter.eu.

Deliver or pick-up

During the register for your repair, you have to select if you want to hand out the device at a hand-in point or if you want to have it collected at home by paying surcharge (check shipping costs). RepairCenter.eu daily collects devices which are registered for repair during 11:00 and 17:00. Devices which are registered before 15:00, will be picked up that same day, the so-called ‘pick-up’ orders. A pick-up will be activated when de device is registered for repair. To ensure the best routine, we use different transporters and couriers.

Shipping costs

If your choose to use the pick-up service to let your device be picked up, €9,95 will be added to de initial costs. When you drop-off your device at one of our service-points, there will not be any shipping costs added. Irrespectively if you used the pick-up service or if you have dropped off it at a service point, there will not be any shipping costs added when returning your device.

Status of repair order

Under the heading repair status at the overview of RepairCenter.eu you can see the progress of your repair order. Here you can see data about the pick-up and delivery times; whether we received your device in our repair center; the completion of your order and the point of time we return your device.

Warranty

Once the device is registered and received by our repair center, our technician will decide if the faulty if it falls under the warranty of the concerning device. Is there is no warranty, there will first be made a quotation before the repair begins. Research costs will (out of warranty) be calculated. Research costs are €29,99 for smartphones and €39,99 for tablets/laptops/desktop pc's. At every by RepairCenter.eu repaired device you will receive a 12 month warranty.

Returning of your device

The repaired device will afterwards be free delivered at a by your selected address or at the service point. Whether the device is received at the service point, we will be sending you a message.

Delivery

The delivery may take about 1 to 3 weeks after the device has been collected. Under the heading ‘repair status’ you can follow the actual planning.
