How should I send my smartphone or tablet?
Repaircenter advices you to pack your device properly. The packed will then be sent to us (insured) with the “pick up” which will be planned in after
the registration of your device. We ask you to print a label for the carrier.


How will my smartphone or tablet be sent back?
RepairCenter sends all devices back via UPS. We will also be responsible for any loss or theft in the hole “pick up” and “drop of” process.


Is there warranty on the reparation for my smartphone, tablet or notebook?
Yes, you have a 12 month warranty for your repair. You have warranty on technical defects, on the parts replaced, so for example if the glass is replaced and this
turns out not to work well within these 12 months, this will be solved directly by Repair Center.


Can I track my order?

Yes, if you send your package via UPS, you will receive an email with Track & Trace to track your odder . Even when we send your phone back, you will receive information in order to track the odder.

Can i bring my smartphone, tablet or notebook without an appointment?
Yes, you can bring your smartphone, tablet and notebook from Monday / Friday between 8:00-18:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00-17:00  without an appointment. In some cases, you can wait for
the repair.


When and how should I pay for the repair of my smartphone, tablet or notebook?
When your smartphone, tablet or notebook has been repaired by Repair Center and we have fully tested the device, you will receive an invoice by email. You can pay the invoice
via PayPal. After payment, the device is returned.
